Legal Framework

Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 2026
•Version: 2.1.0

Welcome to Royal Class Events. By accessing or using our Global Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers using the Royal Class platform are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, seat mappings, and the ultimate fulfillment of the event experience. You represent that you hold all necessary rights and permits for the events you list.

2. Ticket Refunds & Transfers

Refund policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by the respective Organizer. Unless specified otherwise, tickets purchased through Royal Class Events are transferrable but non-refundable if the event occurs as scheduled.

3. Platform Usage

Our architectural tools are provided for elite event management. Any attempt to bypass ticket limits, scrape marketplace data, or interfere with access control systems will result in immediate account termination.

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 2026
•Version: 2.1.0

Welcome to Royal Class Events ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with our Global Marketplace, web applications, mobile services, and ticketing platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or describes you ("Personal Data") through three main channels:

  • Direct Interactions: Information provided directly when creating an account, publishing an event, purchasing tickets, or contacting support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and profile credentials.
  • Automated Data Collection: Technical data captured automatically when navigating our platform, such as IP addresses, device signatures, browser identifiers, cookie data, and coarse location telemetry (country/city derived from your connection, used for location-picker utilities, localized event discovery, and aggregated regional analytics). Precise device coordinates are collected only if you explicitly opt in via the "Share precise location" action — never automatically — and you may revoke that by clearing your site data; raw IP addresses are never stored, only an irreversible hash.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Information synchronized via ecosystem partners, including payment transaction statuses processed via Switchboard OS and rewards/points activity managed through Riwardz.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly under legitimate business bases and compliance standards to:

  • Facilitate ticket transactions, generate secure access credentials, and issue digital event passes.
  • Verify user identities, prevent ticketing fraud, and maintain access control integrity.
  • Calculate loyalty rewards, tier progression, and promotional perks via the Riwardz engine.
  • Maintain system security, prevent unauthorized access, and analyze marketplace usage metrics.
  • Understand, in aggregate and anonymized form, which regions and cities our visitors come from so we can plan events where our audience is.
  • Fulfill legal, statutory, and financial reporting obligations.

3. Payment Processing & Data Security

Royal Class Events does not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on local servers. All financial transactions are securely tokenized and handled directly by our payment partner, Switchboard OS, in compliance with Level 1 PCI-DSS requirements. Encrypted communications are enforced across all channels using TLS 1.3 encryption protocols.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose personal information only under the following strictly defined conditions:

  • Event Organizers: When you purchase a ticket to an event, relevant details (e.g., primary contact name, email, and ticket identifier) are shared with the designated Event Organizer for access control and fulfillment purposes.
  • Service Providers: Vetted infrastructure partners assisting with hosting, security monitoring, transactional communication dispatch, and loyalty processing (Riwardz).
  • Legal Requirements: When compelled by law enforcement, regulatory mandates, or judicial court orders.

5. Your Rights & Data Controls

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable local data regulations), you hold the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data held about you.
  • Correction & Erasure: Request updates to inaccurate records or permanent deletion of your account profile.
  • Consent Withdrawal: Opt out of non-essential communications or revoke cookie permissions via our Cookie Policy controls.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our legal and privacy team directly at info@royalclassevents.com.
